Day one


So I bought this magazine...


and one of the suggestions was to keep a food blog and that will help me pay more attention to what I am eating.
SO: here is the plan.
I am going to use this blog to keep track of everything that I eat, how much I sleep, how much I exercises, and all that business (give or take, we'll see how I do) and I plan to take pictures of all my food(might be with a camera phone), list calories if I know them, and ingredients if I made the food.

The goal: To lose up to two pounds a week. To motivate myself to go to the scary gym at RIT that is full of creepy boys that stare. To have a more fulfilling romantic life with my significant other by being healthier. To fit into my old jeans, And finally to feel better about myself.


Other stuff:

I have been doing a lot of research about alternative diets lately (vegetarianism, veganism, raw veganism, fruit diets, bla bla bla)
